The initial conditions are:
Wiper In/Out axis is at home – in center of beaker, able to clear cover opening
Wiper Up/Down axis is at home – in beaker at lowest position without sponges touching bottom of beaker
Wipers are closed
The sequence is:
Press the Measure UV Intensity
The UV light Cal screen is displayed
The Catheter V axis moves to cure position
The operator enters a time for light on
When the UV light is ready, the operator presses the Cal Light On button
The door locks
The light remains on for the specified time and then shuts off
The door unlocks
